Soft Suds Carwash is Hiring a Site-Manager Near Midland, TX

The car wash manager who is responsible for the daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. This will include customer relations, car wash maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability and most importantly ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered to each customer. Must be honest and team player.
  • Assure excellent customer experience for every customer, every time
  • P&L responsibility
  • Ability to supervise work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • To work as part of a team
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Personally handle customer complaints or issues
  • Constant training of associates, optimally staffed, associates are fully trained in all aspects of current job
  • Manage inventory/ordering
  • Constant supervision and upkeep of premises
  • Previous car wash work experience not required
  • Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines
  • Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues
